Ms. Tiffany Jones

Tiffany Jones has over 15 years of professional experience in human resources, providing services for non-profit and for-profit organizations.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a minor in Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Tiffany is currently the Manager of Human Resources for a non-profit senior living community. She is also a Certified Life Coach and the owner and founder of Exousia Power Life Coaching LLC.  Tiffany is a member of the local and national chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management, and she is a certified Professional in Human Resources.  She is also a member of LeadingAge Virginia, an association of not-for-profit aging services organizations, serving clients in senior care.  Tiffany believes in servanthood and often partners with local organizations in the Virginia area to serve the homeless and less fortunate. 

Tiffany believes that Vocational Technical Education is valuable to both the individual and society at large.  It offers a plethora of career opportunities in the job market and supports economic growth and development.  Vocational Technical Education is a pathway for individuals to personalize their education based on career interests and unique learning needs, while gaining employable skills to help integrate them into the workforce.
