Mr. Ditanyan Sye

Ditanyan Sye is a Certified Master Inspector and the owner of DS Home Inspection Services. He also teaches the pre-licensing course for aspiring home inspectors at the College of Southern Maryland. In addition, he also coaches aspiring and new home inspectors how to create a successful home inspection business. Prior to starting his home inspection business, Ditanyan has over 20 years of experience in education as a Teacher, Administrator, Principal's Coach, Data Facilitation Coordinator and Educational Consultant. He holds a Master's degree in Education (Curriculum Specialist) and a Master's in Public Administration. His strengths include analyzing data for effective decision making, resolving complex problems, building capacity leaders and staff, project management and excellent oral and written communication.

Ditanyan is a product of vocational education and knows firsthand the value it provides for students to have an alternative path to a successful career or become business owners with their chosen trade. Since college is not for everyone and is not the only pathway for success, vocational technical education serves a vital role to society.
